Meet the Baker

Hi, I'm Yvette! My love for baking began when I was 6 years old and went with my mother to her baking and decorating class. I thought it was lots of fun to play with food and mix a few ingredients to make something "yummy". As time went by, my passion for baking grew stronger, and I always kept creating different things (I even made my own wedding cake).

As life would have it, my baking days took a detour while my husband and I grew and cared for our wonderful children. Time went by, and after retirement and a season of grief, illness, and recuperation, I found that love of baking that was always within me.

It is my goal to bring happiness to everyone who tastes the treats I make, including your four-legged, furry best friend. Every loaf, cookie, and cake is crafted in small batches using quality ingredients and a whole lot of love right here in Homestead, Florida. I believe in creating moments of joy, one sweet bite at a time.

How We Work

The Tiny Pink Spoon is a micro-bakery serving the Miami and Homestead, Florida areas, where every treat is handmade with love in small batches using the best, freshest ingredients. Every week we will offer a loaf, a cookie, and a cake. However, because we love keeping things fresh, our menu changes every week (except the dog treats). If you see something you like, place your order online between Sunday and Tuesday. Orders close Tuesday night so we can source the freshest ingredients just for you. We'll bake it fresh and deliver it to you on Saturday.

From our kitchen to your door, we bring joy one sweet bite at a time, and as always... all our treats are Grandma approved.
